The Ft. Branch-Johnson Township Public Library and the Gibson County Community Foundation have paired up to develop a fund in hopes of receiving a grant through the Office of Community and Rural Affairs. The grant money will be used for the construction of the new Haubstadt library branch. The library is hoping to raise $13,677 to receive 25 bonus points towards the grant money, which would ultimately make the dream a reality. Should the library receive the money, the new location of the Haubstadt branch would be across the street from its current location. To learn more about this project and how you can help, as well as to see the building elevation, and learn how it will benefit the community, click here.   

2011 Cambridge Club Golf Outing

The Gibson County Community Foundation hosted its annual golf outing on Thursday, May 19th at the Cambridge Golf Club in Evansville, Indiana. The event proved to be a huge success, thanks to all the sponsors, board members and Cambridge Golf Club. Take a closer look at the team and individual winners of this year's golf outing, click here.
