Lilly Scholarship Recipients Chosen

Marlene Obert, president of the Gibson County Community Foundation Board of Trustees, announced today that the 2008 Lilly Endowment Community Scholarship will be awarded to D.J. Graper and Emily Hirsch.  Kayla Pickersgill and Elizabeth Wallis have been named as alternates, and each will receive a $1,500 scholarship from the Community Foundation. Learn more...

McCullough Education Grants Awarded

The Gibson County Community Foundation's board of trustees announced today that the Foundation has awarded grants totaling $15,500 to Princeton Community Middle School Teacher Jo Ella Craven, Ft. Branch - Johnson Township Public Library, Oakland City-Columbia Township Public Library, Princeton Public Library, St. Joseph Catholic School, Gibson County Literacy Coalition and Princeton Community Middle School.  Learn more...
